Custom Order Deposit - NOT Final Total!

This listing is not a physical product — it serves as a deposit to reserve a custom order slot with Ivy’s Wire Wrap.
You will not receive any physical item from purchasing this listing alone without first discussing your custom piece with me.

If you’d like to place a custom order, please purchase one of the five custom slots available each month and contact me within 5 business days at ivyswirewrap@gmail.com or on Instagram @ivys_wirewrap to discuss your design ideas and preferences.

Please Note:

1. This deposit is non-refundable once I begin working on your order, unless the final total ends up being less than your deposit amount.

2. Custom orders take time. I’ll provide a personal estimate for your piece’s timeline based on its complexity and materials.

3. We will discuss and agree on an estimated total price before I start your piece. The final total depends on materials and working hours but will not exceed $50 above the agreed estimate.

4. If you have a hard budget, I’m happy to work within it — just let me know during our discussion. 

5. If you wish to send me a physical item (such as a crystal, fossil, or keepsake) for me to wire wrap:

   • You are responsible for all shipping costs, including both sending and return shipping.

   • The return shipping cost will be included in your final total.

   • I am not responsible for any damage or loss of your item during transit to me.

6. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at my discretion.
